Signing Day

Yesterday was Signing Day for High School football prospects, the final day they can sign a Letter of Intent to be eligible to play College Football in 2007.

USC and Florida lead ESPN.com's Top 25

In with several big name programs are 1-10 North Carolina and new Head Coach Butch Davis and much to the surprise of many, Big Ten Doormat Illinois

The jury is still out on Syracuse's class, ranked as high as 44th by Scout.com and as low 69th by ESPN.com Greg Robinson and staff are pleased with the quantity of the class and the lack of surprise decommitments this year

One problem that seems to be lingering from Paul Pasqualoni's days is that Syracuse is still not landing prospects out of the fertile Central New York High School landscape

CBA's Mike Paulus (brother of Duke point guard Greg) will be playing QB for North Carolina.

Of course, as said before. When it comes to 17 and 18 year old kids, no one knows anything. So take all ***** rankings with a grain of salt.
