Meet Pizza Parlor Enrique!

I understand as much as I hate steroids talk and Hall of Fame talk, that recruiting talk is a sore subject among even the most die-hard fans. Understandable because there's no way to project how someone's four years of college are going to pan out and there have been so many "blue-chip busts" more so than First Round busts in the NFL. To many most recruits are just names to wake them up with when they're starting in their Junior year.

In order to prove or disprove the theory of a "can't miss, Blue Chip" prospect. I have decided to pick one recruit from this year's class and follow his entire career until he has retired from pro football or I end this blog to begin responsible duties like marriage and family (at this point its a toss up as to what will come first).

So I am introducing you to Running Back Enrique Davis. Davis went to Mosley High School in Lynn Haven, FL, located on the Florida Panhandle, near Panama City. He has signed a Letter of Intent to play for Auburn University.

He's 5'11" 212, runs a 4.39 40, and bench presses 225 25 times, so if everything goes to plan, we're talking about an NFL prospect. Plus he's going to Auburn and not USC or Notre Dame. He is a guarantee to be taking Sociology for his major.

Keep checking The Pizza Parlor to follow the career of Pizza Parlor Enrique!

This is going to be an interesting experiment. Let's just hope he stays away from the two things that have derailed many promising careers: drugs and white women.
