The plan for this was for The Ohio State to be the last team and to make my brother and his friends Distinguished Alumni and make a bunch of Uncle Semi jokes and give them a reason to enjoy this segment. But the Hawkeyes ruined my plans. This team is all rebounding, no shooting, and mostly all-white. After watching that Big Ten trophy ceremony, I seriously considered whether or not we need affirmative action in college basketball. Brunner is a presence that most teams in the tournament don’t have but their lack of shooting is going to catch up with them at some point in this tournament, maybe early.
