In 1989, Steve Fisher took over the Michigan Wolverines and lead them to a National Championship. While Fisher probably wishes he had Glen Rice and Rumeal Robinson on this San Diego State team, he should be proud of the taking the Aztecs to their first NCAA Tournament since 2002. What he shouldn’t be proud of is how his team shot the ball in their WAC championship against Wyoming. They will need to play a lot better if they are to get past the first round of this year’s tournament.
